Apple Cranberry Casserole
- 4 - 5 cups tart apples, sliced
- 1 12 oz. bag fresh or frozen cranberries
- 1 1⁄2 cups sugar
- 1 cup quick oatmeal
- 1⁄2 cup chopped pecans
- 1⁄2 cup brown sugar
- dash salt
- 1⁄2 cup flour
- 1 stick butter
Instructions:
Combine the apples, cranberries and white sugar and put in a greased 9 x 13 inch casserole dish. Mix the oatmeal, brown sugar, flour, salt and chopped pecans. Pour over the apples and cranberries. Melt the butter and pour over the top of the casserole. Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees.
