Barbeque Beef
- Sirloin tip roast
- Pkg. onion soup mix
- ½ bottle liquid smoke (optional)
- ½ bottle worcestershire sauce
- 2 14 oz. bottles ketchup
- ¾ ketchup bottle of water or beef stock from the roast pan
- 1⁄3 cup vinegar
- ½ cup sugar
- 1 tbsp. lemon juice
- dash red pepper
- dash tabasco
- dash paprika
- 3 tbsp. liquid smoke (optional)
- 2 tsp. dry mustard
- ½ tsp. salt
- 2 cloves garlic
- dash of cumin
Instructions: Wrap the roast in heavy foil and roast for around 3 hrs. in a slow oven 300 to 325 degrees. Before you seal the foil, cover the roast with soup mix, liquid smoke, and Worcestershire sauce. Cool the roast and slice very thin.
