Broccoli Casserole
- 2 10oz pkgs. of frozen broccoli or l large fresh head
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- ½-3⁄4 c. mayonnaise
- 2 Tbsp. grated onion
- 1 cup sharp grated cheese
- 2 eggs beaten
- cracker crumbs
Instructions: Cook broccoli and drain. Put in bottom of buttered casserole dish. Combine remaining ingredients except cracker crumbs and pour over broccoli. Top with crumbs and bake 400 degrees for 30 minutes. Can make up and refrigerate the day before and add cracker crumbs just before baking.
