Broccoli Salad
Ingredients:
- 1 head of broccoli
- 8 strips of bacon (cooked and crumbled)
- ¼ to ½ cup raisins
- ½ small onion or 5 green onions
- ¾ to 1 cup mayonnaise
- 3 Tbsp. sugar
- 2 Tbsp. vinegar
Instructions: Cut broccoli into flowerets and stems into bite-size pieces. Add bacon, raisins and onion. Combine remaining ingredients stirring well. Add dressing to broccoli, cover and refrigerate 2 to 3 hours. Toss before serving.
