Broccoli Salad

Ingredients:
  • 1 head of broccoli
  • 8 strips of bacon (cooked and crumbled)
  • ¼ to ½ cup raisins
  • ½ small onion or 5 green onions
  • ¾ to 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 3 Tbsp. sugar
  • 2 Tbsp. vinegar

Instructions:

 Cut broccoli into flowerets and stems into bite-size pieces.  Add bacon, raisins and onion.  Combine remaining ingredients stirring well.  Add dressing to broccoli, cover and refrigerate 2 to 3 hours.  Toss before serving.
