Cheesy Lemon Mold
Ingredients:
- 2 (3oz.) pkg. lemon jello
- 2 cups boiling water
- 2 (6oz.) cans orange juice, thawed
- 2 (8oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
- 2 cups grated carrots
- 2 cups coconut
- 2 (8oz.) cans crushed pineapple, undrained
Instructions: Dissolve Jello in boiling water. Add orange juice and cream cheese. Beat until smooth. Add other ingredients. Pour into mold and chill or into a 9 x 13 pan.
