Chewy Cake
Ingredients:
- 1 stick margarine (melted)
- 2 c. light brown sugar
- 2 eggs
- 2 c. self-rising flour
- 1 c. nuts chopped
Instructions: Melt the margarine; add sugar and eggs, then flour and nuts. Hand mix. Bake at 375 degrees for about 15 minutes in a 9 x 13 pan. This recipe is from my cousin, Mary Alice Scott.
