Chicken and Wild Rice Casserole
Ingredients:
- 2 cups cooked chopped chicken
- 2 pkgs. Long grain wild rice mix
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 lb. fresh mushrooms or 1 can mushrooms, drained
Instructions: Cook rice in chicken broth following the directions on the box. Mix everything else together and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
