Chicken Corn Chowder
Ingredients:
- ½ stick butter
- 1 Cup cooked chicken, diced
- 2 tbsp. onion
- 2 cup raw potatoes, cubed
- 1 cup celery, chopped
- 2 cups chicken broth
- 1 16 oz. can cream style corn
- 1 13 oz. can pet milk
- 1 tsp. salt
- ¼ tsp. paprika
- ¼ tsp. ginger
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
Instructions: Heat butter and onion until onion is transparent. Add potatoes, celery, seasonings and broth and cook until vegetables are tender. Add chicken and corn until heated through and then add milk and heat thoroughly.
