Chicken Tetrazzini

Ingredients:
  • 6 chicken breast (cooked)
  • ½ cup onion
  • ½ cup celery
  • ½ cup green pepper
  • 1 small jar pimento
  • 1 small can mushrooms
  • 1 can mushroom soup
  • 8 slices bacon
  • 1 (8oz.) box spaghetti
Cream Sauce
  • 1 stick margarine
  • 4 tbsp. flour
  • ¾ cup sharp cheese
  • ¼ cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 4 cup milk
  • 1 ½ tsp. salt
  • ½ tsp. pepper

Instructions:

Cut up chicken.  Make the cream sauce by melting margarine, adding flour and then adding milk slowly.  Add salt and pepper and cook until thicken.  Add cheese, leaving enough cheese to put on top. 

Fry bacon and crumble.  Into the bacon grease add the celery, onion and green pepper and cook for a couple of minutes.  Mix everything together and pour into casserole dishes.  Bake 350 degrees until bubbly.
