Chocolate Chip Cheeseball
Ingredients:
- 1 8 oz. pkg. cream cheese, softened
- ½ cup butter (no substitute) softened
- ¼ tsp. vanilla
- ¾ cup powdered sugar
- 2 tbsp. brown sugar
- ¾ cup miniature chocolate chips
- ¾ cup finely chopped pecans
- Chocolate graham crackers
Instructions: Beat cream cheese, butter, and vanilla until fluffy. Add sugars and beat until combined. Stir in chocolate chips. Cover and refrigerate 2 hours. Shape into ball. Refrigerate 1 hour. Roll ball in pecans. Serve with graham crackers.
