Chocolate Chip Cookies
- 2 ½ cups flour
- 1 tsp. baking soda
- 1 tsp. salt
- ¾ cups white sugar
- ¾ cups brown sugar
- 2 sticks butter
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 2 large eggs
- 1 (12 oz.) pkg. semi sweet chocolate chips
Instructions: Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Mix flour, soda, salt and set aside. In mixing bowl, combine white and brown sugars. Add butter in small goblets, mixing at low and then high speed. Beat until pale and fluffy. Add vanilla and then eggs, one at a time. Add flour mixture and mix well. Add chocolate chips at low speed. Drop about 1 large tsp. onto ungreased cookie sheet. Bake until golden brown about 9 minutes
