Chocolate Cool Whip Pie
Ingredients:
- Prepared chocolate cookie crust
- 8 oz. cream cheese
- 2 tbsp. sugar
- 1 tbsp. milk
- 8 oz. carton cool whip
- 2 small boxes chocolate pudding mix
- 2 cups milk
Instructions: Cream ½ the cream cheese with the sugar and milk until smooth. Fold in half the cool whip and put in the pie shell. Prepare both packages of pudding according to the directions on the box except using only 2 cups milk. Spoon on top of the cream cheese mixture in the pie shell. Chill. When ready to serve put the remaining cool whip on top and decorate with chocolate chips or shaved chocolate.
