Chocolate Meringue Pie
- 1½ cups milk
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 tbsp. cocoa
- 3 tbsp. flour
- 2 eggs
Instructions: Warm 1 cup milk. Mix sugar, cocoa, flour with ½ cup cold milk. Add 2 well beaten egg yolks. Mix with the warm milk and cook until thickened. Add 1 tbsp. butter, 1 tsp. vanilla, and a pinch of salt. Pour in baked pie shell and put meringue on top and brown.
