Corn Dip
Ingredients:
- 1 (16 oz.) bag frozen white shoe peg corn
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
- 3 T. Chopped jalapeno
- 1 tsp. garlic salt
- 1 T. milk
- 1 T. butter
Instructions: Melt cream cheese and butter. Add other ingredients and heat until hot. Serve with Fritos.
Notes:
Sweet corn is the key to this recipe.
