Corn Dip

    Ingredients:
    • 1 (16 oz.) bag frozen white shoe peg corn
    • 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    • 3 T. Chopped jalapeno
    • 1 tsp. garlic salt
    • 1 T. milk
    • 1 T. butter

    Instructions:

    Melt cream cheese and butter.  Add other ingredients and heat until hot.  Serve with Fritos. 

    Notes:
    Sweet corn is the key to this recipe.
