Crab Dip

Ingredients:
  • 1 lb. claw crab meat
  • 3 (8 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese
  • 1 stick butter
  • 1 large bell pepper, diced
  • 1 medium onion, diced
  • 3 banana peppers, diced
  • 1 large can drained diced tomatoes with chili peppers
  • 1 can jalapenos
  • 3 small cloves garlic

Instructions:

Saute the green pepper, onion, banana peppers, and garlic together.  Add the cream cheese until melted and then add the jalapenos, crab and tomatoes.  Bring mixture to a boil and either serve hot or let it cool and refrigerate to be served later cold.
