Crab Dip
Ingredients:
- 1 lb. claw crab meat
- 3 (8 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese
- 1 stick butter
- 1 large bell pepper, diced
- 1 medium onion, diced
- 3 banana peppers, diced
- 1 large can drained diced tomatoes with chili peppers
- 1 can jalapenos
- 3 small cloves garlic
Instructions: Saute the green pepper, onion, banana peppers, and garlic together. Add the cream cheese until melted and then add the jalapenos, crab and tomatoes. Bring mixture to a boil and either serve hot or let it cool and refrigerate to be served later cold.
