Crab Melts
- 1 lb. well-drained crab meat
- 2 jars of Old English Sharp Cheese Spread
- 2 sticks margarine
- dash of red pepper
- 1 tsp. seasoning salt
- 1 tsp. garlic salt
- 4 Tbsp. mayonnaise
- 12 English muffins
Instructions: Melt margarine and cheese, add mayonnaise and stir well. Wish until smooth and add remaining ingredients. Split English muffins and put about 1 tbsp. of the crab mixture on each one. Sprinkle with paparika and freeze. Thaw and bake at 350 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes.
