Creamy Cheesse Grits

Ingredients:
  • 8 cups milk or half and half
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • ½ tsp. pepper
  • ½ tsp. granulated garlic
  • 2 cups uncooked quick-cooking grits
  • 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, cubed
  • 1 (12 oz.) pkg. shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
  • 1 tsp. hot sauce

Instructions:
Bring first four ingredients to a boil; gradually stir in grits. Return to a boil; cover reduce heat, and simmer, stirring occasionally, 5 minutes or until thickened. Add cream cheese and remaining ingredients, stirring until cheese melts.
