Crock Pot Barbeque Pork

Ingredients:
  • 3 pounds pork tenderloin
  • ¾ cup apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tbsp. black pepper
  • 1 ½ tsp. salt
  • 1 tbsp. sugar
  • garlic powder to taste
  • pod crushed pepper to taste

Instructions:
Pour marinade over pork tenderloin in a crock pot. Cook on medium or high overnight. When very tender; remove and shred pork. Add shredded pork back to juices in the crock pot and cook another hour. Drain, but reserve juice so if it get too dry, you can add back to pork.
