Crock Pot Spaghetti Sauce
Ingredients:
- 1 1⁄2 to 2 lbs. ground beef
- 1 chopped onion
- 1⁄2 to 1 green pepper, chopped
- 4 oz. sliced mushrooms
- 1 (26 oz.) jar mushroom spaghetti sauce
- 1 (10 oz.) can tomato soup
- 2 (14.5 oz.) cans stewed tomatoes
- 1⁄2 tsp. minced garlic
- 1⁄2 to 1 tsp. oregano
- 1⁄2 to 1 tsp. basil
- 2 tsp. sugar
- 1 small can tomato paste
- 3⁄4 tsp. salt
Instructions: Brown meat with onions and peppers and add to crock pot with all the other ingredients. Stir well and cook on low for 6 hours. Serve over spaghetti noodles.
