Crockpot mac and cheese
Ingredients:
- 8 oz. macaroni
- 2 eggs
- 13 oz. can evaporated milk
- 1 cup whole milk
- 1⁄4 cup butter, melted
- 1 lb. grated sharp cheese
- 1⁄4 tsp. salt
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
- 1⁄4 cup grated parmesan cheese
Instructions: Cook the macaroni in boiling water for about 4 minutes and drain. In slow cooker, combine the lightly cooked marcaroni, milks, butter, eggs, 3 cups cheddar cheese, salt and pepper. Top with the remaining cheeses and cook on low for 3 hours.
