Crockpot mac and cheese

Ingredients:
  • 8 oz. macaroni
  • 2 eggs
  • 13 oz. can evaporated milk
  • 1 cup whole milk
  • 14 cup butter, melted
  • 1 lb. grated sharp cheese
  • 14 tsp. salt
  • 1/8 tsp. pepper
  • 14 cup grated parmesan cheese

Instructions:

Cook the macaroni in boiling water for about 4 minutes and drain.  In slow cooker, combine the lightly cooked marcaroni, milks, butter, eggs, 3 cups cheddar cheese, salt and pepper.  Top with the remaining cheeses and cook on low for 3 hours.
