Curry Cheese Dip
- 1 cup sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1 cup onion, diced
- 1 Tbsp. butter
- 1⁄4 cup green pepper, chopped
- 1⁄2 tsp. dry dill weed
- 1⁄4-1⁄2 tsp. curry powder
Instructions: Saute onions in butter until golden. Mix ingredients and put in oven proof bowl. Bake at 325 degrees for 30-40 minutes. Serve with corn chips and crackers.
Notes:
Do not use pre-shredded cheese with this recipe. It does not melt properly!
