Deviled Eggs

Ingredients:
  • 6 hard-boiled eggs
  • 1 12 Tbsp. Miracle Whip or mayonnaise
  • 1 Tbsp. sweet pickle relish with juice
  • salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

After you boil the eggs, slice in half.  remove the yolks and mash them with a fork.  Add the other ingredients and stir well.  Fill the egg cavities and refrigerate.  You can sprinkle with paprika if you desire. 

Notes:
If you don't like the pickles in the eggs, just add sweet pickle juice instead. Some people add dill weed or mustard or any number of things but we like ours a little on the sweet side. When I boil eggs, I drain off the hot water and shake them around in the pan to crack them. I immediately run cold water over the eggs and I think this makes peeling a little easier.
