Earthquake Cake
- 1 cup chopped pecans
- 1 6oz pkg. frozen coconut
- German Chocolate cake mix
- 1 stick butter
- 1 8oz cream cheese
- 1 box 10X sugar
Instructions:
Spray a 9x13 pan with pam. Layer in the bottom of pan. Mix German Chocolate cake mix according to directions on box and pour on top of nuts and coconut.
Melt butter, cream cheese and 10x sugar on stovetop. Once melted, spread on top of cake mix and bake at 350 degrees for 40 to 45 minutes.
