Easy Spicy Vegetable Soup
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 2 cloves garlic (pressed)
- 1 cup chopped onion
- 1 30oz. can of Ragu Garden style Chunky Spaghetti Sauce with Mushrooms
- 1 can beef broth
- 2 cups water
- 2 tsp. sugar
- 1 tsp. salt
- ½ tsp pepper
- 1 can Rotel tomatoes with chilies
- 1 bag 16oz. mixed vegetables
Instructions: Brown meat with onions and garlic. Drain and add next 6 ingredients. Simmer 20 minutes. Add tomatoes and vegetables and simmer another 15 minutes. Serve up hot. (I have used ground turkey and that is also good. I also add a hand full of frozen butter beans in the beginning so they will cook enough.)
