Egg and Sausage Casserole
Ingredients:
- 6 slices of bread with crust removed
- 1 pound sausage, browned and drained
- 5 eggs
- 2 tomatoes
- 2 ½ cups half and half
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. mustard
- 2 cups sharp cheese
Instructions: Butter bread and place in 9 x 13 greased pan. Layer sausage, tomatoes and cheese on top. Mix eggs, milk, salt and mustard. Pour over top and chill overnight. Bake 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
