Flank Steak
- 1 Flank steak (3 lbs.)
- ½ cup soy sauce
- ½ cup oil
- ¼ cup brown sugar
- 1 tsp. ground ginger
- 2 cloves crushed garlic
Instructions:
Combine all together and pour over steak in a shallow dish or zip-lock bag. Refrigerate several hours or overnight. During the marinating process turn several times to make sure the steak is not dry. Charcoal using marinade to baste. Slice on the diagonal.
