Golden Glow Salad
Ingredients:
- 1 (3 oz.) pkg. orange Jello
- 1⁄2 tsp. salt
- 1 1⁄2 cups hot water
- 1 (9 oz.) can crushed pineapple undrained
- 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1 cup coarsely grated raw carrots
- 1⁄2 cup chopped pecans
Instructions: Dissolve the Jello and salt in the hot water. Add the pineapple and lemon juice. Chill in the refrigerator until lightly thickened. Remove from refrigerator and fold in the carrots and nuts. Chill until set.
