Grape Salad

    Ingredients:
    • 2 lbs. red seedless grapes
    • 2 lbs. green seedless grapes
    • 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
    • 1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream
    • 12 cup sugar
    • 1 tsp. vanilla
    Topping
    • 12 cup brown sugar
    • 1 cup toasted and chopped pecans

    Instructions:

    Clean and wash grapes, drain well.  Mix together cream cheese, sour cream, sugar and vanilla.  Add to grapes and toss well to coat.  Chill. 

    Mix topping ingredients together and sprinkle on top of salad before serving.  Do not mix the topping in.  This salad will keep for 1 to 2 days in the refrigerator. 

    Notes:
    This salad will hold up better if you do not cut the grapes in half.
