Hash Brown Potato Casserole

Ingredients:
  • 1 (2lb.) pkg. frozen hash brown potatoes, thawed
  • ½ cup onion
  • ½ stick melted margarine
  • 1 cup grated sharp cheese
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup, undiluted

Instructions:
Mix above ingredients and put in a lightly greased 9x13 inch casserole. Bake at 350 degrees for approximately one hour. Can put crushed potato chips on top for the last 15 minutes. Serves 10-12.
