Hash Brown Potato Casserole
Ingredients:
- 1 (2lb.) pkg. frozen hash brown potatoes, thawed
- ½ cup onion
- ½ stick melted margarine
- 1 cup grated sharp cheese
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 can cream of chicken soup, undiluted
Instructions:
Mix above ingredients and put in a lightly greased 9x13 inch casserole. Bake at 350 degrees for approximately one hour. Can put crushed potato chips on top for the last 15 minutes. Serves 10-12.
