Jellied Apple Cider Salad
- 1 pkg. lemon jello
- 2 cups hot apple cider
- 1 tsp. unflavored jello
- ¾ cup celery
- 2 large red-skinned apples
- ¼ tsp. salt
- 1 ½ tsp. lemon juice
Instructions: Dissolve the unflavored gelatin in 1 tablespoon of cider and set aside. Dissolve the lemon jello in 2 cups of hot cider, stir in the gelatin and chill until slightly thickened. Fold in celery and apples that have been grated on the coarse side of a grater. Pour into a quart mold and chill until ready to serve.
