Lemon Chess Pies
Ingredients:
- 3/8 cup melted margarine
- 3 cups sugar
- 6 eggs
- 1 ½ tbsp. cornmeal
- 1 ½ tbsp. flour
- 3/8 cup lemon juice
- Grated rind of 3 lemons
- 3 tsp. vinegar
- 3/8 cup milk
Instructions:
Mix all ingredients. Beat until smooth. Pour into 2 unbaked deep dish pie shells. Bake at 375 degrees for 35 to 45 minutes.
