Linguine with Ham

Ingredients:
  • 4 ounces uncooked spinach linguine, broken in half
  • 4 ounces uncooked linguine, broken in half
  • 2 cups cubed fully cooked ham
  • 1 can (10-34 ounces) condensed cream of mushroom soup, undiluted
  • 2 ½ cups (10 ounces) shredded Swiss cheese, divided
  • 1 cup (8 ounces) sour cream
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • ½ cup finely chopped green pepper
  • 2 tbsp. butter or margarine, melted

Instructions:

Cook both types of linguine according to package directions; drain and place in a large bowl. Add the ham, soup, 2 cups cheese, sour cream. Saute the onion, green pepper and butter for a few minutes and add to the linguine mixture. Transfer to a greased 13x9 baking dish.

Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes. Uncover; sprinkle with remaining cheese. Bake 15 to 20 minutes longer or until cheese is melted. 8 servings
