Marinated Bean Salad
Ingredients:
- 1 can French style string beans
- 1 can tiny garden peas
- 1 can sliced pimento
- 1 green pepper (chopped)
- 1 onion (chopped)
- 4 stalks celery (chopped)
Dressing
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup vinegar
- ΒΌ cup oil
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. black pepper
Instructions: Drain the beans, peas and pimento and then chop and add the green pepper, onion and celery. Mix the dressing in a pan on the stovetop. Pour dressing over the vegetables and marinate 12 hours before serving in the refrigerator.
