Meatballs

Ingredients:
  • 2 lbs ground beef
  • 1 cup corn flake crumbs
  • 2 Tbsp. dry parsley flakes
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 tsp. soy sauce
  • ½ tsp. garlic
  • 2 tsp. dry onions
  • 13 cup ketchup
Sauce
  • 1 16 oz. can jellied cranberry sauce
  • 1 12 oz. bottle chili sauce
  • 2 tsp. brown sugar
  • 1 tsp. lemon juice

Instructions:

 Roll the beef, corn flakes, parsley, eggs, soy sauce, garlic, onions and ketchup into small meat balls and put into a 10 x 15 casserole dish.

Combine the sauce ingredients and cook over medium heat until hot. 

Pour the sauce over the meatballs and cook uncovered about 30 minutes at 350 degrees.
