Meatballs
- 2 lbs ground beef
- 1 cup corn flake crumbs
- 2 Tbsp. dry parsley flakes
- 2 eggs
- 2 tsp. soy sauce
- ½ tsp. garlic
- 2 tsp. dry onions
- 1⁄3 cup ketchup
- 1 16 oz. can jellied cranberry sauce
- 1 12 oz. bottle chili sauce
- 2 tsp. brown sugar
- 1 tsp. lemon juice
Instructions: Roll the beef, corn flakes, parsley, eggs, soy sauce, garlic, onions and ketchup into small meat balls and put into a 10 x 15 casserole dish. Combine the sauce ingredients and cook over medium heat until hot. Pour the sauce over the meatballs and cook uncovered about 30 minutes at 350 degrees.
