Pecan Pie

Ingredients:
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 cup white Karo syrup
  • 1 cup chopped pecans
  • 2 eggs
  • ½ stick butter
  • ¼ tsp. salt

Instructions:

Cream butter and sugar, add salt, eggs and mix well. Add syrup and stir in nuts. Mix well. Bake 1 hour at 325 degrees.

* I use less than a cup of sugar and less than a cup of syrup. Probably more like 7/8 cup of each.
