Pineapple Cheese Ball
Ingredients:
- 2 (8 oz.) pkgs. Cream cheese
- 1 (8 ½ oz. can crushed pineapple, well drained
- 2 tbsp. chopped onion
- 1 tsp. seasoned salt
- ¼ cup finely chopped green pepper
- 2 cups chopped pecans
Instructions:
Combine the first five ingredients; add 1 cup pecans and mix well. Refrigerate until firm and then shape into a ball. Roll in remaining pecans.
