Salmon Bake with Pecan Crunch Coating
Ingredients:
- 4 salmon fillets
- 1/8 tsp. salt
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
- 2 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
- 2 Tbsp. butter, melted
- 2 Tbsp. honey
- ¼ cup soft bread crumbs
- ¼ cup finely chopped pecans
- 2 tsp. chopped fresh parsley
Instructions:
Salt and pepper salmon. Place in a lightly greased pan. Combine mustard, butter and honey and brush on filets. Combine bread crumbs, pecans and parsley. Spoon mixture evenly on top of each filet. Bake at 450 degrees for 10 minutes.
