Sausage Noodle Casserole
Serves 8
Ingredients:
- 2 ¾ cups noodles (cook and drain)
- 1 lb. sausage (browned)
- ¼ cup chopped onion
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 2⁄3 cup of evaporated milk
- ½ tsp. oregano
- 1 cup grated cheddar cheese
- ½ tsp. salt
- ¼ tsp. pepper
Instructions: Combine all ingredients and put into greased 2 ½ qt. casserole dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 25-30 minutes or until bubbly.
