Sausage Pop Ins
- 1⁄2 lb. sausage
- 1⁄2 cup onion, diced
- 12 slices white bread, crust removed
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
- 12 slices bacon, cut in half
Instructions:
Cook sausage and onions; drain and crumble. Mix with cream cheese until spreadable. Cut each slice of bread in half (24 rectangles). Spread sausage cheese mixture on each rectangle. Roll bread up and wrap one piece of bacon around it. Secure with wooden toothpick. Bake 15 minutes at 350 degrees on an ungreased cookie sheet.
