Shrimp and Pasta

Ingredients:
  • 7 oz. pasta, cooked
  • ¾ cup melted butter
  • 1 cup diced pepper
  • ½ cup diced onion
  • 1 ½ lbs. shrimp
  • 1 ½ tsp. garlic
  • ½ tsp. salt
  • ½ tsp. oregano
  • ¼ tsp. pepper
  • 2 cups cubed tomatoes
  • grated parmesan cheese

Instructions:
Saute shrimp, green pepper, and onion in melted margarine until shrimp turn pink. Add seasonings. Add pasta and cook until hot. Take off heat and add tomatoes, cover and let stand a couple of minutes. Stir and sprinkle with parmesan cheese.
