Shrimp and Rice Casserole
Ingredients:
- 1 box Uncle Ben’s Long Grain and Wild Rice
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 2 Tbsp. green pepper
- 1 Tbsp. onion
- 2 Tbsp. butter (melted)
- 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
- ½ tsp. worcheshire sauce
- ½ tsp. prepared mustard
- dash black pepper
- 1 lb. shrimp
- ½ cup cheddar cheese
Instructions:
Cook rice according to directions on box. Cook shrimp just until they turn pink, do not overcook. Combine shrimp and rice with all the above ingredients and bake at 370 degrees for 30 minutes.
