Six Week Bran Muffins

Ingredients:
  • 5 cups flour
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 quart buttermilk
  • 1 cup oil
  • 3 cups sugar
  • 4 eggs, well beaten
  • 5 tsp. soda
  • 1 15 oz. box Raisin Bran

Instructions:
Mix all ingredients. Keep in covered bowl in the refrigerator for 6 weeks. When ready for fresh muffins, fill greased muffin tins 2/3 full and bake 400 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes.
