Squash Casserole
Ingredients:
- 4 lbs. squash
- 2 med. Onions
- ¾ cup mayonnaise (Lite Miracle Whip)
- 1 stick margarine
- 1 tbsp. sugar
- 6 oz. sharp cheese
- 3 eggs
- salt and pepper to taste
Instructions: Cook the squash and the onions without water. Add salt and pepper and drain. Add the mayo, margarine, sugar, cheese and eggs and combine. Cover with cracker crumbs and bake at 375 degrees for 30 to 45 minutes.
