Strawberry Pie
- 1 baked pie shell
- 1 pint strawberries-capped
- ½ cup sugar
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup water
- 2 heaping tbsp. corn starch
- 4 tbsp. strawberry gelatin
Instructions: Pour sugar over the strawberries, let stand and then drain and put in pie shell when filling is ready. Boil the sugar, water and corn starch over medium heat, stirring constantly until clear. Add the gelatin. Let cool. Pour over strawberries. Put in the refrigerator to cool. Top with whipped cream.
