Sweet and Sour Marinade
- 1 c. soy sauce
- 1⁄2 c. vinegar
- 1⁄2 c. pineapple juice
- 1⁄2 c. firmly packed brown sugar
- 1 tsp. garlic powder
Instructions: Combine all ingredients in a saucepan; bring to a boil, stirring frequently. Place desired cut of beef or pork in a shallow dish; pour marinade over meat. Cover and marinate for at least four hours, turning meat occasionally. Baste meat with marinade during grilling. Yield: about 2 cups.
