Sweet Potato Casserole

Ingredients:
  • 4 cups mashed sweet potatoes
  • 1 stick margarine
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon
Topping
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1⁄3 cup flour
  • 1 cup chopped pecans
  • 1⁄4 cup (4 Tbsp.) melted margarine.

Instructions:

 Mix the potatoes, margarine, sugar, eggs, vanilla and cinnamon together and put in a greased casserole dish.

For the topping: mix sugar, flour, pecans and margarine together and pour on top of potato mixture. Bake for 30 minutes at 350 degrees.
