Swiss Chicken

Ingredients:
  • 6 skinless, boneless chicken breast
  • 1/8 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1/8 tsp. pepper
  • 6 slices Swiss cheese
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup, undiluted
  • ¼ cup milk
  • 2 cups herb-seasoned stuffing mix
  • ¼ cup butter or margarine, melted

Instructions:

Place chicken in a greased 9 x 13 inch baking dish; sprinkle with garlic powder and pepper. Top each breast with cheese slice; set aside. Combine soup and milk, stirring until smooth; pour over chicken. Sprinkle with stuffing mix, and drizzle with butter. Bake at 350 degrees for 50 minutes or until chicken is done.
