Toasted Pecan Coconut Pies
Ingredients:
- 3 eggs, beaten
- 1 ½ cup sugar
- ½ cup melted butter
- 2 tsp. lemon juice
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 can flaked coconut (1 1⁄3 cups)
- ½ cup pecans
Instructions: Mix the first 5 ingredients, stir in the coconut and pecans. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 to 50 minutes.
