Toasted Pecan Coconut Pies

Ingredients:
  • 3 eggs, beaten
  • 1 ½ cup sugar
  • ½ cup melted butter
  • 2 tsp. lemon juice
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 can flaked coconut (1 13 cups)
  • ½ cup pecans

Instructions:

Mix the first 5 ingredients, stir in the coconut and pecans. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 to 50 minutes.
