Turkey dressing

Ingredients:
  • cornbread, crumbled
  • 10 slices toast
  • 1-2 pkgs. onion soup mix
  • 1 tsp. pepper
  • ΒΌ tsp. poultry seasoning
  • 2 eggs (raw)
  • 2 can celery soup
  • 2 can chicken soup
  • 2 cans chicken broth

Instructions:

Mix all ingredients together. If you think it is not moist enough, just add water. The original recipe called for salt but I do not add salt because all the soups aer salty enough. Bake in baking pans for about 1/2 hour at 350 degrees.

Notes:
I use this recipe as a springboard to work from. I sometimes use Pepperage farms stuffing mix to substitute for the cornbread. Sometimes I saute onion and celery in butter and add this to the mixture.
