    Ingredients:
    • 1 pkg. pistachio flavored instant pudding (4 serving size)
    • 1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple in juice, undrained
    • 1 cup miniature marshmallows
    • 1⁄2 cup chopped pecans
    • 1 1⁄2 cup thawed Cool Whip (1⁄2 of 8 oz. container)

    Instructions:
    Mix dry pudding mix, pineapple, marshmallows and pecans in large bowl until well blended. Gently stir in whipped topping. Refrigerate 1 hour.
